Insurance & Rates
We accept most health insurance plans and employee assistance programs (EAP) are accepted. When you call for your first appointment we will gather the necessary information to check your coverage and benefits. After we verify your insurance we will contact you prior to your first appointment so that you know what to expect. Counseling services may be covered in full or partly by your health insurance. If you would like to pay out of pocket please give us a call to discuss session rates.
Health Insurance Plans
To check your coverage for mental health please call your insurance provider and ask the following questions:
- What is the name of the plan for mental health coverage?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is the amount and has it been met?
- Do I have a co-payment or co-insurance? If so, how much is it?
- How many therapy sessions does my plan cover?
- Does my plan have any limitations?
- Do I need an authorization?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?

- Do I have EAP benefits? If so, how do I obtain an authorization?
- How many sessions will be authorized?
- Is there an expiration date for the sessions?
- Am I eligible for a set of EAP sessions once a year or based on the presenting issue?
